  • How will I know my order has been placed successfully
    Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email and text message from www.khadijakarimofficial.com . This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

  • I tried placing an order using my Debit/Credit Card but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from my card ?
    Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise, please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. In case your order is not successful and www.khadijarkarimofficial.com has been deducted from your account money and has been credited to our account we would proactively initiate refund within 7 days.
  • How do I know my order has been delivered
    Your order status is updated to you via emails/sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms- for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.
  • Can I cancel my order
    If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care +92-332-3250272 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. Any Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account. For certain product categories such as Formal and Bridal once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. In case of prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
  • Can I place a bulk order for any item
    In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@khadijakarimofficial.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
  • I am placing an order for someone will she receive invoice and price tags
    Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
  • Can I add an item after my order has been placed
    Unfortunately, no, however you can simply place another order.
